Terms of Service

01 Age and eligibility

You must be 18 or older, and old enough to accept these terms where you live, to use EpikChatCam. If you are younger, leave the site. Accounts that look like they belong to someone under 18 are removed, and anyone who seems underage should be reported immediately.

You may not use the site if we removed your account before, or if using it is against the law where you are. Your device, connection and browser are your responsibility.

02 Your profile and session

A guest profile is set up on your first visit. You can leave it as it is or add a display name and photo, as long as they are yours to use and do not impersonate anyone. On a shared device, keep your session to yourself: whatever happens from your profile counts as yours.

03 Behaviour rules

These rules apply everywhere on EpikChatCam: stream comments, 1v1 calls, random matches, profile messages and clubs.

• No nudity, sexual acts or sexual content on camera, in photos, in clubs or in messages.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech or bullying, and no carrying on after someone says no.
• Nothing involving minors, in any form, and no attempt to contact a minor.
• No scams: no asking for money, gift cards, bank details or payments outside the site.
• No spam, advertising or steering people to other services or apps.
• No recording or screenshotting other users, and no sharing their images or chats without consent.
• No fake profiles, impersonation, or attempts to dodge a block or ban.
• No attacks on the site, including bots, scraping or interfering with streams and matching.

04 Live streams

In the Live tab you can watch streams, post comments, send gifts with coins, follow the girl streaming and ask for a 1v1 from inside the stream. User accounts cannot start a stream. Comments are visible to everyone in the room, and the behaviour rules apply to them exactly as they do to private chats.

05 Clubs

Clubs are group chats in the club hall. Depending on the club, you join directly, ask the owner to approve you, or get in by the owner’s invitation. Browsing, joining or creating a club requires an account; new clubs are reviewed before they open, and we may refuse or close a club that breaks these terms.

Every club has house rules about respecting other members’ privacy, including not sharing outside contact details such as phone numbers. Club owners may add their own rules and remove members who break them. Owners are responsible for the name, description and rules they set.

06 Keeping yourself safe

Use Next, block and report whenever you need them; you never owe anyone a reason for leaving a chat. Keep passwords, payment details and anything that reveals where you live or work to yourself, and never send money to someone you met here. If you think someone is in danger, call your local emergency services first and tell us afterwards.

Running an account for someone else and breaking the rules through it counts the same as breaking them yourself.

07 Coins and gifts

EpikChatCam is free to start. New users get free matches, and the Reward Center on the match screen gives additional free matches to people who stay online for a while. How many free matches there are, and when they appear, may change over time.

Coins are a virtual item bought on the site and used for matches once the free ones run out and for gifts in streams and chats. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved to another person except by sending gifts on the site. Prices appear on screen before you pay. Once delivered, purchases are generally final, except where local law gives you a right to a refund.

08 What you post

Your photos, videos and messages remain yours. By posting them on EpikChatCam, you allow us to store, display and process them as needed to run the site, such as showing your photo to people you chat with, displaying club posts to members and translating typed messages. You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

09 Enforcement

Any user can report an account from a chat, profile, stream or club. Where we believe the rules were broken, we may warn, restrict, suspend or remove the account or club, with or without notice. Coins left on an account removed for breaking these terms are not refunded unless the law requires it.

You can stop using EpikChatCam whenever you want and ask for your profile to be deleted by emailing [email protected].

10 Availability and liability

We work to keep the site up, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, that a particular girl will be streaming or that a match will be found instantly. Features can change or be withdrawn. The people you meet are other users, not our staff, and we are not responsible for what they say or do, although we act on reports.

11 Changes and severability

We may revise these terms as the site changes; the date at the top shows the current version. Using EpikChatCam after a change means you accept the new terms. If a court sets aside one clause, the rest still apply, and nothing here removes consumer rights that local law says cannot be waived.
