EpikChatCam What we collect

What we collect

The Privacy Policy sets out the principles. This page is the practical companion: it walks through EpikChatCam one feature at a time and says what each one stores and why. If anything here does not match what you see on the site, let us know at [email protected].

01 Arriving as a guest

The first time epikchatcam.com loads, a guest profile is created so you never face a sign-up form. To do that, the browser stores a session identifier, and the site records basic device information: browser, operating system, screen size, language and an approximate region based on your IP address. This keeps you signed in between visits, lays pages out correctly and helps us spot one device creating large numbers of profiles.

Adding the site to your home screen collects nothing extra; the icon opens the same site with the same browser session. Clearing browser data or using a private window gives you a brand-new guest profile, with no follows, messages or club memberships carried over from the old one.

02 Watching live streams

Opening a stream records which one you chose and for how long you watched, so the Live tab can load it, keep your place and suggest what to open next. Your camera is not used while you watch. Comments you post are shown to everyone in that room and stored with the stream. Follows you make from a stream are stored on your profile, and so is the list of girls you have recently watched, so the Live tab and your follow list stay in step across visits on the same browser. Gifts you send and 1v1 requests you make from a stream are logged together with the coins involved.

03 1v1 calls and random matching

For every call or match the system notes who was involved, the mode (Video, Voice or Text), and when it started and ended. That is how Next works, how blocked people are kept away from you and how we check that matching stays quick throughout the day.

Your browser asks before the camera or microphone is used. Say no, and Video and Voice will not work, though Text still will. Audio and video travel between the two people in the call so you can see and hear each other.

04 Profiles, follows and blocks

People you chat with see your display name and photo. Your email address, payment details and IP address are never shown to other users.

  • Your display name and profile photo, if you set them.
  • Who you follow and who follows you.
  • The accounts you have blocked.
  • Simple settings such as your language.

05 Messages and translation

Typed messages, including Text mode, profile messages and club chat, are stored so you can scroll back and carry on later. When a message is translated automatically, the text goes to a translation service and the translation is saved next to the original. Spoken words on camera or voice are not translated.

Messages that form part of a report may be read by the people handling it. Otherwise, message history is used to show you your own conversations and keep the site working, not to build advertising profiles.

06 Clubs

For each club we store its name, description, rules, owner and join setting, the list of members, pending requests and invitations, and the messages, photos and videos posted in it. If you create a club, the details you submit are kept along with the outcome of its review. Leaving a club removes you from the member list; what you posted while a member may remain visible in the club history.

07 Free matches, coins and gifts on your profile

For each purchase we keep the item, price, time and the payment processor’s confirmation. Card and wallet details are entered with the processor and not stored by EpikChatCam. Your coin balance and spending history are kept so the numbers stay right.

Free matches, including those from the Reward Center, are tracked against your profile so the correct number is available and the same reward is not claimed twice. That includes how long you have been online in a session.

08 Reports and support emails

If you report someone, the report, the accounts involved and related activity such as recent calls and messages between them may be reviewed to decide whether rules were broken. Support emails and their attachments are kept so we can follow up and refer back if the same problem comes up again.

09 The short version

Personal information is never sold, and you are never asked for ID to watch a stream or start a chat. What other people learn about you comes mainly from your camera frame, your profile and your words, so the most effective privacy control is yours: keep your surname, address and workplace out of all three.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about your profile, email the support address with your display name. The Privacy Policy explains these rights, and there is no charge. We may check one detail first to make sure the profile is really yours.
