EpikChatCam About
EpikChatCam is a live video chat site where girls stream, viewers chat with the room, and a 1v1 button turns any stream into a private call. This page explains where the name comes from, why the site starts with watching and what you will and will not find here.

Because the name is the plan. The first part, spelled with a k, stands for a room that feels big and a little loud. Chat, because you talk back. Cam, because the best part happens when a camera comes on. Put together it reads as Epik Chat Cam, and most people just say EpikChat.
The k is deliberate. It makes the name easy to spot in a list of tabs and hard to mix up with a dictionary word, and it gives the logo its shape: a pink speech bubble with a little flick, the moment a conversation starts.
Because a conversation goes better when you already know a little about the other person. Instead of throwing you at a stranger the second you arrive, EpikChatCam starts with the Live tab: girls streaming, a chat running over the video, and you deciding whether to say anything at all.
Watching first changes the conversation that follows. By the time you ask for a 1v1, you have seen how she talks to people, what makes her laugh and what annoys her. She has seen you too, in a way: as the name that asked a decent question while everyone else typed hello. The live video chat guide explains how that works in practice.
A live video chat site in your browser, with a few connected ways to talk to girls on camera and in text. Here is what is on the site today and what each part does, so you know what to expect before you open anything.
It is not built for dating, and it does not promise anyone a date. There are no dating profiles to fill in, no swiping and no “people near you”. Matching is global, not local. What happens here happens on camera or in chat.
Users also cannot go live. The Live tab is for girls who stream; everyone else watches, chats and goes 1v1. And it is not a download: the whole thing runs in a browser, with an optional home screen icon if you want one.
A typical night looks something like this. You open the site after dinner and check the Live tab. Two girls you follow are streaming: one is cooking and arguing with her comments about salt, the other is playing music and taking requests. You stay in the music stream, suggest a song, and she plays it and laughs at your taste.
Twenty minutes later you tap 1v1. The call connects, and the first thing she says is that she is still judging the song. You talk about music, then about where you both are and what the weather is doing, and half an hour goes by. Before you hang up you follow each other.
Later you scroll the clips, drop a message in a club about the song, and try one random match on the match screen just to see who comes up. Not every night goes like that, and some nights you just watch, but that is the shape the site is built for.
People from more than 50 countries. About a fifth of them are in the US, with the UK, Germany, Canada and France next in size. That spread means the Live tab rarely sleeps, and it is why typed messages translate automatically between languages.
Most visitors are men looking to talk to girls on camera, and most of the people streaming and answering are girls. Some come for one 1v1 a week and leave it at that; others sit in the same three streams every night and know everyone in the comments by name. Both are welcome, and so is everyone in between. A good share of conversations cross a language line, which is where automatic translation of typed messages earns its keep.
Control first. Your camera stays off while you watch, video starts only after your browser asks, and chats and profiles have block and report. Clubs add their own house rules on top, starting with respect for other members’ privacy.
The rest is up to everyone using the site. Do not share your address or surname, never send money to someone you met in a chat, and leave any conversation that stops feeling right. The privacy policy and terms of service spell out the details, and the EpikChatCam home page has the short version.

No. The Live tab is for the girls who stream. Users watch, comment, send gifts and ask for a 1v1.
It runs in the browser, so there is nothing to download. Add it to your home screen from Safari or Chrome and it opens full screen, just like an app would.
The Terms of Service set the rules for everyone, and the Privacy Policy explains what we keep. Both are linked in the footer of every page.
