EpikChatCam Privacy Policy
EpikChatCam lets you watch girls stream, chat with the room, go 1v1 on camera and join clubs. Every one of those features needs some information about you and your device to work. This policy explains which information that is, why we use it, who else touches it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to change. Questions are welcome at [email protected].

It covers epikchatcam.com in every browser, plus the home screen shortcut you can add on a phone. It applies to guests who visit once and to regulars with a long follow list alike, from the first page load onwards, because a guest session is created before you tap anything.
Here, “EpikChatCam”, “we” and “us” mean the people who operate epikchatcam.com, and “you” means whoever is using the site on a given device. The Terms of Service cover the rules of the site; read the two together where they overlap.
Much of what we hold is what you decide to put on the site. Your guest profile starts out almost empty, and everything you add later is up to you.
A few records are created just by the site doing its job. When you open a stream, start a match or join a call, the system notes what happened, which mode was used and when it ended. Follows, blocks, club memberships and your conversation list are stored so they are still there next time.
Your browser asks before your camera or microphone is used, and nothing starts until you agree. Audio and video pass between the people in a call so the call can happen. Your camera stays untouched while you watch a stream. We also collect device information such as browser and operating system, language setting, an approximate region derived from your IP address and error logs, to keep the site stable, show it in the right language and detect abuse.
Nobody buys personal information from us, because we do not sell it. A handful of providers process parts of it for us: companies that host and deliver the site, payment processors that take payments for coins, translation services and analytics tools that show us errors and slow pages. They work under instructions and only get what their job needs.
When you pay, the payment processor receives the card or wallet details you enter; we receive confirmation of the payment and what was bought, never the full card number. We may disclose information if the law requires it or if it is needed to protect someone’s safety, our users or our rights.
Information stays while your profile is in use and afterwards for as long as it is needed for the reasons above, for example answering a late payment question, finishing a report or meeting a legal duty. After that it is deleted or reduced so it no longer identifies you.
Records linked to a report or a rule breach can be kept longer, since they help if the same person comes back with a different account.
You can edit your display name and photo, unfollow people, leave clubs, block accounts, and keep your camera off by watching streams or choosing Voice or Text on the match screen. You can also ask for a copy of your personal information, ask for corrections or ask for your profile to be deleted. Local law may give you further rights, including complaining to a data protection authority.
Send requests to the support address above from an address you can answer, with your display name. We may ask a question to confirm the profile is yours before we act.
Cookies and similar storage keep your guest session active, remember settings such as language and chat mode and help us understand how pages are used. Clearing your browser data ends the guest session on that device, and blocking storage entirely stops the site from working properly.
New features or changes to how EpikChatCam works can mean changes here. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading, and important changes will be flagged on the site before they apply.
