EpikChatCam Contact
EpikChatCam support works by email at [email protected]. This page explains what to include so your question gets sorted the first time, plus where to look for quick fixes before you write.
[email protected] · Email only, no forms

Email [email protected]. One address handles everything: account questions, coins, bugs, reports that need more context, privacy requests and anything else. Write in plain English, keep it short and include the details below, and a person will read it and get back to you.
Enough for someone who was not there to picture what happened: what you were doing, on which device and browser, and roughly when. You do not need all of them every time; pick the ones that fit your question and leave the rest out.
Use the report option in the app first, then email only if you need to add context. Report sits on chats and profiles, and it attaches the right account automatically. Then block the person if you do not want any further contact.
Email us with the date, the amount and the payment method and say what looks wrong: a balance that did not update, a gift that did not arrive or a charge you do not recognize. Never send full card numbers or passwords by email; we will never ask for them.
To ask what we hold about you or to have your account removed, write from the email linked to it, or describe your profile clearly if you used the site as a guest. The privacy policy explains what is collected and why, and what we collect lists it feature by feature.
Camera black, sound missing or video frozen? Most of those take a minute to fix with browser permissions or headphones; the video chat troubleshooting list covers them. For how streams and the 1v1 button work, the live video chat guide is the fastest read, and the home page answers the most common questions.
No. Email is the only support channel: [email protected].
Use the report option on the chat, profile or stream, then block them. Email afterwards if you need to add context.
We cannot share other people’s details. Follow people while you chat so you can find them again yourself.
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, or describe your guest profile, and ask for removal.
